Details



IT Project Coordinators manage IT projects and project segments by specified objectives and within specified resources.



Responsibilities:





• Direct and monitor the requirements, framework conditions and progress of all new and current projects.

• Create a detailed job order.

• Ensure development of products and services to customer requirements within the specified resources.

• Direct technical and personnel resources to ensure project results conform to quality, time and budgetary stipulations.

• Interact with the Operational Leadership Team regarding content and delivery of projects.

• Prepare, monitor, and maintain flow charts outlining developments, deliverables and timing.

• Identify interdependencies for all projects and facilitate communication among task groups.

• Facilitate effective information flow to the Project Manager.

• Provide project support by scheduling status meetings, preparing agendas

• Utilizes the company’s Project Management Application to add up the project’s scope and objectives, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)

• Work with development and QA management to track software deliverables and project milestones.

• Documents any necessary project changes to ensure successful delivery.

• Documents project risks and publishing notes and status reports and monitoring resource allocations



Qualifications



• Previous Experience in Marketing.

• Strong Background in IT or Relevant Bachelor degree

• Strong Project Management Skills.

• Good Analytical Skills.

• Fluent in English written and spoken.

• Strong ability to deal with customers

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong Technical/Business writing skills (Report writing).

• Ability to work independently within a quickly changing environment.

• Clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verbally.

• Good planning and organizational skills, and initiative
