Role & Responsibilities



Define and develop solution architectures that cover not only the technical aspects of the solution, such as hardware, network, software and data but extend to specifying business process impacts, staffing and organisational change considerations.





Requirements & Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

IT and GIS background.

Successful track record in the delivery of complex software engineering solutions to large organizations.

Aptitude for rapidly understanding a wide range of business requirements and transforming them into architectures suitable for enterprise-wide implementation.

Experience of working with ESRI products, enterprise RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.), web services or software development is desirable but not essential.

Strong planning skills to identify implementation risks and optimum team organization structure.

Excellent analytical skills.

Good written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.

Fluent command of English language is a must

French language is an asset

Excellent technical writing skills (Arabic, English, and French is an asset).

Have no restrictions in travelling abroad.

Working Time: Full Time
