Description - Prepare documentation/templates/environment for the PMO/PPM/PM processes - Managing project portfolio data and the analysis, verification, storage, and presentation of it - Assisting with the design, development and evolution of the Value Management / project proposal processes and their associated documents, templates, and policies - Assess projects Risks (e.g. identify risks and create mitigation plans) - Deploy Program, Portfolio, and Project Management best practices and standards - To Mentor project manager
Qualifications - Knowledge of MS Project/MS Project Server - Prior experience in implementing a Program Management office - Experience in the Project management of IT projects and service delivery for - ( Servers, Networking, LAN/WAN infrastructure or Web technologies and service oriented architecture) projects - Experience in the development, implementation and/or administration of project management or program management methodologies - Working knowledge of COBIT and/or IT risk management methodologies - PMP certified or equivalent certifications
