Job description:
1. Answer customer’s calls and respond to their inquiries.
2. Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and provides additional customers
3. Solve customers’ technical problems.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of business or any other studies, with English section as a plus.
2. Preferably graduate of a language school.
3. Excellent command of English language with native accent and excellent pronunciations.
4. Excellent computer skills.
5. Presentable.
6. Self-motivated, confident & organized.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Able to work on shift basis (flexible hours).
Working Conditions:
1. 9 working hours/day including 1 hour break.
2. Rotating 2 days off/week.
3. Attractive compensation & benefits.
