Description • Conduct research for potential clients and future projects in the area of responsibility. • Approach potential clients (consultants, contractors, real estate developers, …etc.) to specify Jacob Delafon products in their projects. • Submit regular reports regarding current sales activities and potential projects. • Keeps close business relation with consultants, architects, contractors, and real estate developers. • Develops forecast for projects sales in his area and follows up on timely delivery. • Monitor and report competitors actions in area of responsibility. • Reports to Projects Sales Manager.
Qualifications • Engineering degree, in Civil or Architecture. • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience with builder products preferred. • Good use of Excel in specific and other MS Office applications in general. • Fluent English.
