Account Executive

A multinational company in field of ERP software development

Title: Account Executive







Job Description:







Manage the relationship with customers allocated mainly in USA and Canada

Receive customers online tickets and forward it to the suitable support queue

Follow-up to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems

Contact customers to respond to inquiries

Follow-up Customer acceptance queue

Adding new tickets

Handling rework tickets

Close support tickets

Job Requirement:



B.S of Commerce or business administration English section is preferred

Fluent in English " Speaking, writing, and reading is a must

Customer services background is preferred

Ability to work well in a team

Problem-solving skills

A strong customer focus

Ability to prioritize your workload

Attention to detail

Willingness to work on New York time " Monday to Friday from 3:30 pm to12:00 am Cairo Time"
