Multimedia company looking for Customer Support,Job description:


- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or indoor face to face.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

- Handle and resolve customer complaints.

- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.

...- Keep a record of customer interactions and transactions.

- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Additional requirement:

- Previuos experince is a plus.
