to ensure that the internal quality systems audit process are conducted in accordance with laid down standards & practice so as to effectively identify non- conformance with the aim of correcting and preventing re-occurrences .In addition to conduct ......effective root cause analysis and train associates on its methodologies

qualification:

min. 4 years experience in dairy with tertiary degree/diploma in food sciences

competencies:

statistical process control (SPC) ;safety; ISO 9001(QMS);HACCP&GMP

internal Audit training :Good Manufacturing practices (GMP);HACCP ;corrective Action , preventive action & root ; causes analysis
