Office Manager

Group Of Companies Located in Maadi is seeking for the following


Job title: Office Manager

Job Description:

- Handling documents organization & filing systems

- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondences

- Organizing ,planning and preparing of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls

- Managing and arranging the Division meetings & travel correspondence (accommodation, transportation…etc).

- Responsible for the updating, collecting and checking of accuracy of the Monthly expenses report.

- Handling and following up the action plan in order to meet with the organizational goals.

Qualification:

- University Graduate.

- Excellent command of English Language both spoken & written.

- At least 4 years of experience.

- High Experience in office organization & filing Systems.

- Fast, Self-Motivated, and Organized.

- Strong initiative.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
