• Loyalty Specialist will be responsible for all activities relating to the customer affinity programs and customer loyalty programs

• Participating in developing the CRM strategy of the company's clients.

• Doing the required sales calls and approaching new clients is a must.

• Leading marketing test strategies and methodologies to identify attributes of successful offers, content types and delivery tactics to roll across segments

• Participate in the development of both tactical and strategic solutions to business partner problems

• Builds relationships with multiple levels of business partner peers and management

Skills

• At least 3 years experience in CRM and in the development of CRM strategy, creative and implementation processes

• Working knowledge of e-mail analytic applications, Customer Relationship Management software, business intelligence tools
