Senior linux system administrator
Our Client is seeking a Linux and LAMP System Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting web systems and applications. The candidate will be responsible for the support and maintena...nce of server-based application platforms primarily using the LAMP and Drupal CMS.
The primary job responsibilities will be in maintaining performance, integrity, security, monitoring, backup and availability of Our Client website. The qualifying candidate will participates in all aspects of website engineering and operations, including implementation, maintenance, and documentation. (S)he will manage all system services including web servers, application servers, database servers and others as required, and will work closely with web developers, DBA’s, system administrators and web content producers to maintain the Internet sites and development environments, including site updates, code deployments and problem resolution. Knowledge of and/or experience with Cloud Computing environments, server virtualization, and Drupal is highly desirable.
