Technical support is required @ IT-Lands

Technical support job description



1. Manage all aspects of technical support.

2. Prepare backup spare parts for quick maintenance.

3. Receives support calls from company staff and handle it accordingly.

b. Support software problems that are concerned with Operating System or ready-made software.



c. Provide first support line to the internally tailored software



1. Handle Printers, Monitors and UPS maintenance with external supplier

2. Communicate with external maintenance handling

3. Responsible for supporting company employees for MS Office applications and other standard applications.

4. Responsible for preparing and executing of a Maintenance Scheduling Program.

5. Responsible for Backup Standalone PCs Data Backup upon request.

6. Use Antivirus to scan All PCs.

7. Install SAP, Oracle and Hyperion Applications.

8. Schedule Backup plans on tapes.

9. Install VMC, Blackberry, VPN and CRAS.
