An Canadian company in Egypt looking for helpdesk Technical support to be Fluent in English


Job Description:

-Provide technical assistance to computer system users.
...-Answer questions or resolve computer problems for Employees, via telephone or from remote location.
-May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing,

installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
-Ability to multi-task and change directives quickly.
-Linux is a Plus.
-Years of Experience : 2 as minimum
-Fluent in English
