Description Work with the Consulting Team to re-structure the foundation, develop its new policies and procedures, communicate and insure the appropriate work flow among teams, members, and volunteers Responsible for creating Volunteers’ Database & ensure that it’s updated. Find and create new ideas for fund-raising and financing projects. Ensures that the multi-task database is updated on timely manner and that needed reports are created on monthly basis. Work together with each Project Manager to ensure the submission of each project monthly report. Continuities follow up with each project manager & their related team members to ensure that their action planes are preformed on time & provide assistance if needed. Ensures that each Project’s team conducts a monthly meeting to report its progress, gathers the feedback and results on monthly basis. Prepare PwC employees’ salaries charity deduction sheet on monthly basis. Participates in group / projects meetings and documenting the meetings minutes. Work closely with the foundation team on event management, taking responsibility for the organization and implementation of the foundation events. Participate in designing and developing the Foundations Printed Materials (publications, brochures, fliers…) in coordination with the Marketing Dept, Project Managers and CR Manager. Ensures that audit processes are done on a timely manner across all projects. Communicates the status of the foundation’s cash flow balance on a weekly/monthly basis.

Qualifications - Education: relevant bachelor degree. - Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in a relevant field (preferably development or project management) - Language: excellent command of Arabic & English languages (both spoken and written) - Computer Skills: excellent user of Microsoft Office package - Other Skills: - strong communication & presentation skills - leadership, reporting, and negotiation skills - project management and time management skills - strong writing and reporting skills - Other Requirements: flexible working hours when required
