Description • Analyze the nature of stored material movement per the demand and ordering to optimize the process through lowering the effort needed • Provide comprehensive methods for listing items and to trace the validity for the stored items that serve both the warehouse storekeepers and ERP implemented • Provide a useful reporting and documentation tackles the traceability, control, and allocation that monitor stock • Performs stock taking duties in order to keep record of the stock or inventory levels and note order requirements • Records the stock levels for all items and updates database for each resource category to ensure effective material tracking that support inventory control in planning and minimize delays • Classify the items upon storing methods: LIFO, FIFO, STP…etc, • Collaborate in record data stands for ABC Analysis of the warehouse layout, showing the factors and their priorities in the recommended layout; repetition, value, validity or other criteria • Maintains contents of item storage to minimize the potential for damage caused by defective tools or improper handling or storing • Undertakes the proper handling or packaging of items and or parts prior to shipping them or transferring them to other destination • Monitors the quality of materials and reports any issues to the related customer or inspectors
Qualifications Scientific Degree or Diploma in Actuarial Science, or Business Management or any related fields - experience of more than 2 years as a storekeeper or in warehouse supervisory occupations - Total Experience in Warehouse, Operations or related fields for more than 3 years - Any specialized-related certificate or related courses to Warehouse Management - Familiarity to work with any analytical-compatible software; Excel, SPSS…etc. - Familiarity of working with ABC analysis, BOM, Demand Scheduling…etc. - Commercial back ground with knowledge of importing and customs clearance
