Camps Specialist

Life Concept Group “Training Center” is seeking Camps Specialist


Job Description:


• Participate in Defining camp goals and/ or define and plan program to reflect camp goals

• Work with the Director(s) to ensure the successful carry out of the programs through the camp.

• Prepare and conduct pre-camp and in...-service staff trainings

• Order or supervise the ordering of food, supplies, and equipment, and arrange for proper distribution.

• Participate in Develop routines, schedules, and procedures for camp operation.

• Participate in Arranges medical care for sick or injured workers

• Coordinate promotion of Camp at schools & other target customers

• Assure that camp fees are collected or sponsorships are recorded.

• Coordinate all camp staff assignments.

• Work with director(s) to assign tasks for camp preparation (posters, set up, final clean up, etc.).

• Participate in summary, program evaluation, counselor evaluation, and other required reports

• providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written Form, e-mail, or in person

• Implementing and aligning with overall company instructions, polices, and procedure
