Prepare the annual increase and periodical bonuses accordin...g to the results of employees performance appraisals. Oversees conducting compensation & benefits surveys to be compared with the existing one in the market. Oversees the process of measuring the employee satisfaction about the current compensation & benefits.
-Qualifications 1. Bachelors Degree or equivalent related experience. 2. 3-5 years of experience in similar position.
