Roles and Responsibilities
Providing system administration on servers, infrastructure, workstations and Voice/IP communication system, Responsible for hardware and software configurations, equipment installation, inventory tracking, and system maintenance. Coordinate with the Technical support team and developers to ensure an undisturbed and uninterrupted operation of new deployments, migration or replacements, report incidents to the group leader in a professional format. This may include:
* Ensuring that all the systems of a company are functioning smoothly
* Provision of Server hardware, including configuration and deployment
* Documenting task outcomes, and publish FAQ & Knowledge bases of acquired information
* Conducting the overall system testing before deployment
* Deploying company products at customer sites, either remotely or onsite & provide support after implementation
* Author internal documentation, such as environment diagrams, installation/configuration documents
* Respecting agreed SLAs and strive to meet or exceed response times with professional level support
* Organizing tools, documentation, software and hardware items needed for work
* Researching new technologies & products
* Training peers, and handover acquired knowledge periodically for backup purposes
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
* BSc. In Computer Engineering / Science or equivalent years of experience

* Self-critical, questioning and committed to personal excellence
