Description • Adapt the performance monitoring system developed by Goldman Sachs staff to local language, culture, and economy, choosing additional measures in conjunction with program management • Undertake routine and adhoc data collection activities using a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods, guided by documents, trainings, and templates provided by the initiative • Establish system for sharing performance data with stakeholders, with guidance from program management along with providing regular updates • Liaise with Program managers and Goldman Sachs Program to ensure effective management of M&E efforts • Advise, and execute on, opportunities to enrich the program by putting the skills and experiences of Goldman Sachs employees to use through different program activities • Advise on adjustments to the M&E system and make adjustments as appropriate. • Plan for large-scale events and delegations involving Goldman Sachs and local leaders • Develop personal and business profiles of high-performing women participants; may require visits to women participant businesses • Assist in the selection of program participants. • Facilitate site visits by Goldman Sachs portfolio managers, including scheduling and development of interview guides

Qualifications - University Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s Degree is an asset - Experience in M&E, including the development and use of data collection instruments (e.g. focus groups, surveys’ questionnaires…), data management, quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

Other Skills • Computer literate, including demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point. • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly evolving environment.

Salary (L.E.) Negotiable

Comments The job holder will be responsible for managing the M&E (monitoring and evaluation) system for the AUC’s Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Entrepreneurship and Leadership Program and assisting with the planning and implementation of program-related activities and events, including those that involve Goldman Sachs employees.
