We are now seeking an experienced HR Specialist. He/She will be working with management staff from Egypt, Austria and teams of talented developers, experienced designers, and usability experts in the creation of solutions and projects in different environment and technologies. He/She has to have an excellent understanding of latest IT technologies.
This position will be based in our Heliopolis/Cairo office
Job Description
· Recruitment, Selection, interviewing and on boarding.
· Organizational design and development
· Business transformation and change management
· Training needs and development Compensation, rewards, and benefits
· Management Performance, conduct and behavior management Human resources (workforce) analysis and workforce personnel data management
Skills and Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
· 4- 5 years of work experience in HR field
· Perfect English language skills
· Strong computer use skills are must
· Excellent understanding of latest IT technologies
